Recently, our overseas service team went to Germany to successfully complete the installation, commissioning and training of CurveRobot T1000 AI painting robot, strictly following international standards and customer needs throughout the process, efficient delivery, 5 days to complete the installation, 5 days of commissioning, 5 days of all painters to complete the training, which was highly recognized by customers, further deepening the cooperation between our company and the German market, and highlighting the core competitiveness of our robot products and overseas services!

The family-owned Karosserie & Lack Hänssler GmbH, run by the second generation of the head of the company, Stephan Rinas, after a lot of Internet research, finally chose the Chinese brand "CurveRobot". "The trigger is actually the shortage of skilled workers. Because especially during vacations or sick leave, we used to be stretched thin in terms of personnel, and efficiency is of paramount importance to companies: companies serve both private customers and large fleets and vehicle-sharing systems. A large insurance management company is also a customer of the family business. Therefore, the idea of improving processes through automation naturally arises.
Stephan Rinas explains: "Our goal is not to replace employees with painting robots. Quite the opposite: we are a great team and we want to stay where we are. This also illustrates the importance of avoiding overburdening colleagues. "That's why robots are designed to reduce the burden, especially during peak hours." I am very tech-savvy and have always wanted to improve the project from an environmental, process engineering and economic point of view, explains Stephan Rinas, explaining how the idea of investing in the sale of painting robots came about. "We also have a great responsibility for the health of our employees and want to reduce the burden on them in this regard," he continued.
Once the spraying process begins, the robotic arm automatically docks the gravity feed cup and autonomously changes tools, such as the varnish gun and primer gun. The nine-axis system allows it to move in tight spaces and spray vehicles from all angles: it uses 3D vision and artificial intelligence to plan the spraying process and simulate the spraying movements of our painters. As a new colleague, a fully automatic paint shop started here a few weeks ago. And in the future, this new colleague will be named.
The completion of the installation of CurveRobot for German customers is not only an important embodiment of our company's expansion of overseas markets and improvement of CurveRobot ' international service capabilities, but also a strong demonstration of the advantages of high precision and high adaptability of curve robots. In the future, our company will continue to deepen the field of intelligent spraying robots, focus on the core pain points of overseas customers, provide customized and professional curve robot products and installation services, help global customers break through production bottlenecks, achieve production automation, and high-precision upgrades, and welcome more overseas customers to work together to open a new future of intelligent manufacturing.
